Back on the market at no fault of the sellers. Buyer's home sale contingency fell through. Welcome to ''Thistle Hall'' -- A Southern Living Showstopper Step into a rare piece of history with ''Thistle Hall,'' a beautifully preserved 1870 Italianate Victorian brick home, originally built by Reverend John Fitzgerald. He also founded and pastored Annie's Chapel, the neighboring church designed in the same architectural style. Set on 2.5 beautifully landscaped acres adorned with mature trees, wood and vinyl fencing, and a grand circular driveway, this property offers timeless elegance and curb appeal. The exquisite brickwork and intricate wood trim are immediately striking, and the inviting front porch sets the tone for what awaits inside. Upon entering, the home's historic grandeur comes to life. The centerpiece is a sweeping staircase illuminated by a stunning stained glass window on the upper level. Each room exudes character and charm, from the spacious game room to the expansive dining area and chef's kitchen. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the 48-inch Forno gas range with commercial-grade vent hood, sleek new cabinetry, and a matching 48-inch refrigerator. Upstairs, you'll find four generously sized bedrooms and two beautifully renovated bathrooms. The home features seven fireplaces throughout, each adding warmth and historic detail. In the mid-1900s, a single-level addition was constructed on the left wing of the home and is currently used as a two-bedroom apartment with a loft. This versatile space presents endless opportunities--whether as a guest suite, rental unit, home office, or multigenerational living area. Thoroughly and thoughtfully updated from top to bottom, ''Thistle Hall'' seamlessly blends historic craftsmanship with modern comfort. Don't miss this opportunity to own a truly extraordinary home that offers both elegance and flexibility. Seller is offering $12,000 towards Buyer's closing costs.
