Trees all along the road provide privacy and would give easy access into the property for a home. The property is surveyed and unrestricted. Fiber internet is likely and electricity is readily available. Once inside the property you will see there are areas that were once cleared behind the trees that line Union Gap Rd. From there the property rolls gently under a beautiful canopy of tall trees. You are already at the top of the mountain at about 1800 feet, with little variance up and down as you walk over the property. It is not certain whether an unobstructed view of Clinch Mountain can be attained due to the forest below the property line to the south, but a seasonal view through the trees should be amazing all throughout the fall and winter months. I found several signs of wild turkey and deer, and many areas that could be cleared of trees to develop a very spacious grassy yard. Truly, this one has much more to offer than the usual, including its convenient location within 5 minutes to Dollar General, 15 minutes to Sneedville, and 25 to 35 minutes to Bean Station, then Morristown.
