How Does Saved Listings Work?

To save a listing to your list of favorites, click into the listing you're interested in and simply click the "Save Listing" button from the listing details page.

You have now saved your listing!

To view your saved listings, click on the top " Saved Listings" link at the top of the screen near the menu. Save as many as you want and catalog them with this easy-to-use feature!

This feature works by storing an HTTP cookie on your machine to store and retrieve your list of favorites. To clear all favorite listings, simply clear out your browser's cookies (under the browser's settings).

Tri-Cities Housing Demand

The flight to the suburbs that was initiated by COVID-19 lockdowns and remote work shifts in 2020 was just one factor that has led to increased housing demand in the Tri-Cities area.

In fact, both Johnson City and Kingsport were listed on last year’s “Emerging Housing Markets Index,” which evaluated market demand across the United States in order to identify top growth locations.

Housing Demand Breakdown

The report breaks down the Tri Cities into two metro areas – Johnson City and Kingsport/Bristol. The list of top Metro areas viewing each varies slightly. Here are the major difference:

Johnson City is the top viewing metro for Kingsport/Bristol, and vice versa.
Demand from Asheville, NC is much higher in Johnson City than in Kingsport/Bristol.
