Low Inventory, High Demand
Blue Ridge Properties’ own Colette George spoke to Times News about the low inventory and high demand she’s seeing in the Kingsport housing market right now. “She cited the lack of inventory on the market now due to homes not being built as well as the buying habits of a changing public since the COVID-19 pandemic started.”
