How Does Saved Listings Work?

To save a listing to your list of favorites, click into the listing you're interested in and simply click the "Save Listing" button from the listing details page.

You have now saved your listing!

To view your saved listings, click on the top " Saved Listings" link at the top of the screen near the menu. Save as many as you want and catalog them with this easy-to-use feature!

This feature works by storing an HTTP cookie on your machine to store and retrieve your list of favorites. To clear all favorite listings, simply clear out your browser's cookies (under the browser's settings).

Blue Ridge Properties’ own Colette George spoke to Times News about the low inventory and high demand she’s seeing in the Kingsport housing market right now. “She cited the lack of inventory on the market now due to homes not being built as well as the buying habits of a changing public since the COVID-19 pandemic started.”

A more suburban lifestyle has been increasing in popularity for a few years now, but many experts believe it may be at an all-time high. The trend of city dwellers searching for smaller towns to dwell in has been heightened by the flexibility to work from home and the desire for more space brought about by coronavirus.

With remote work becoming more common, people seem interested in relocating further from the office to get closer to nature.
